Gordon works for the betterment of First Nations people across Australia and has represented his people internationally.
Gordon has national Directorship roles and has business, investment, and commercial interests ─ he is CEO of Cole supplies, Chairperson of the Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Director of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Housing Association, and a member of the National NAIDOC Committee. Gordon strives for greater First Nations participation in the economy, grounded in culture and Country.
